www.savecrazydeals.com
Updated: 26th August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Save Crazy Deals LLC (“Save Crazy Deals”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website www.savecrazydeals.com (the “Site”) and our mobile application (the “App”) (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- Contact information: name, email address, and other details you choose to share.
- Account information: username, password, basic profile details. The current version of the App does not require or offer account registration; this applies if and when account features are enabled.
- Communication data: messages you send us (for example, via email or support forms).
- Purchase or subscription information: if you make in-app purchases or subscribe to paid features (billing is generally handled by the app store or payment processor).
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Site or App, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information, such as:
- Device information: device model, operating system, browser type, language, time zone, and mobile device identifiers.
- Advertising and app identifiers: a device advertising identifier (the Google Advertising ID on Android, or Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers on iOS where you have permitted it), a randomly generated app installation identifier, an anonymous account identifier that allows us to associate your saved deals with your device, and a push notification token.
- Usage information: pages viewed, screens visited, links clicked, deals viewed, saved, or shared, categories selected, searches performed, session duration, and other interactions with the Service.
- Installation information: where your app store makes it available, referrer information indicating which advertisement or link led you to install the App.
- Approximate location information: such as city or country, based on IP address or device settings (we do not collect precise GPS location unless you explicitly allow it).
- Log data: IP address, access times, crash logs, and similar diagnostic data.
1.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on the Site and within the App to remember your preferences, understand how you use the Service, and improve performance. Within the App, the software development kits described in section 3 use device and advertising identifiers for the same purposes. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, and you can control advertising identifiers through your device settings as described in section 6.3.
2. How We Use Your Information
We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Service: including displaying deals, discounts, and related content, and ensuring the App and Site work as intended.
- To improve and personalize the Service: such as understanding which deals or categories are most popular and tailoring the user experience.
- To communicate with you: including sending service-related messages (such as updates, security alerts, and support messages), sending push notifications where you have allowed them, and responding to your inquiries.
- To process purchases and subscriptions: including verifying orders and processing payments (payments are typically handled by the App Store or third-party processors).
- For analytics and performance: to monitor usage, diagnose issues, and improve features, performance, and security.
- To measure and improve our advertising: including understanding which advertisements led to app installs and subsequent activity, so that we can measure campaign effectiveness and avoid advertising to people who have already installed the App.
- For security and fraud prevention: to protect our Service, our users, and our business against fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
- To comply with legal obligations: including responding to lawful requests and enforcing our terms and policies.
3. Tracking, Analytics, and App Tracking Transparency
We use third-party software development kits (“SDKs”) and analytics tools to help us understand how the Service is used, to keep it working correctly, and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These tools use identifiers and cookies to collect usage information. The SDKs used in the App are:
- Google Analytics for Firebase — usage and event analytics.
- Firebase Crashlytics — crash and error reporting.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications.
- Firebase Authentication — anonymous session identifiers.
- Meta (Facebook) App Events SDK — measuring app installs and in-app actions resulting from our advertising on Meta platforms.
- Google Play Install Referrer — attributing installs to the advertisement or link that produced them.
- Android Privacy Sandbox attribution APIs — where supported by your device.
Advertising identifiers on Android. The App collects your device’s Google Advertising ID and shares it with Meta and Google so that app installs and in-app actions can be attributed to our advertising campaigns. You can reset this identifier, or instruct apps not to use it for personalized advertising, at any time in Settings → Privacy → Ads on your Android device.
App Tracking Transparency on iOS. If you are using iOS and the App requests permission under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, we will only use the device’s advertising identifier and similar tracking technologies for personalized advertising or cross-app tracking if you grant permission. You can change your tracking preferences at any time in your device settings.
4. How We Share Your Information
We may share information we collect in the following ways:
- Service providers: with third-party companies that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, email delivery, payment processing, and customer support. These providers are only allowed to use your information to perform services for us.
-
Advertising and analytics partners: we share device
identifiers (including the advertising identifier) and usage information
with the following companies, which may use that information for
advertising measurement, attribution, and optimization:
- Google LLC — Firebase, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — Meta App Events, used to measure and optimize our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Meta’s data policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy
- Retailers and affiliate networks: when you tap a deal you are taken to a retailer’s website or app. We participate in affiliate programs and may earn a commission if you make a purchase after following one of our links. In that case the retailer or its affiliate network is informed that the visit originated from us. We do not send them your name or contact details.
- Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Legal and safety: when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, respond to legal requests, protect the rights, property, or safety of Save Crazy Deals, our users, or others, or enforce our terms and policies.
- With your consent: we may share information for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection, with your consent.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly enough to include the advertising-related transfers described above; see section 11 for how to opt out.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and comply with legal obligations. We may also retain aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify you for longer periods.
6. Your Choices and Rights
6.1 Account and Information
If you create an account, you may be able to update or delete certain information through your account settings in the App or Site. The current version of the App does not use registered accounts.
You can contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to legal requirements, by emailing support@savecrazydeals.com. Because the current version of the App does not use registered accounts, please include your device type and the approximate date you installed the App so that we can identify the relevant records.
6.2 Marketing Communications
We may send you optional marketing emails or notifications about deals, updates, or new features. You can opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails or by contacting us. You can turn off push notifications at any time in your device’s notification settings for the App. We may still send you non-marketing messages about your account or the Service.
6.3 Device and Tracking Settings
You can control certain permissions (for example, notifications, tracking, or location access) through your device settings. You can also adjust cookie settings in your browser when using the Site.
You can reset your advertising identifier, or limit its use for personalized advertising, at any time:
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
Uninstalling the App stops all further collection of information from your device.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the personal information we collect, and information transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Transfers
Save Crazy Deals LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers are located. Data protection laws in these countries may be different from those in your country of residence.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
10. AI and Automated Processing (If Applicable)
We may use automated systems and algorithms (including basic artificial intelligence or machine learning tools) to analyze aggregated usage data to improve the Service, such as understanding which types of deals perform best or which features are most used, and to order the deals shown to you based on the categories you have selected. These systems are not used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you as an individual without human involvement.
11. Your Privacy Rights (Certain Regions)
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights under applicable privacy laws, such as the right to request access to or deletion of your personal information, to request correction of inaccurate information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. We will honor these rights where required by law.
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising and of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined in your state’s law. The advertising-related transfers described in section 4 may fall within those definitions.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Where we rely on your consent — for example, for tracking under App Tracking Transparency — you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, including opting out of targeted advertising, contact us at support@savecrazydeals.com. You may also reset or limit your advertising identifier directly on your device as described in section 6.3. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services (for example, stores where deals are offered). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites or services you visit.
We participate in affiliate programs and may earn a commission when you make a purchase after following a deal link. This does not affect the price you pay. Deals, prices, and availability are set by the retailers and may change or expire without notice.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice (such as in-app or on-site notifications) where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
